The Customer will get access to fixed nos of the profiles as per the Plan once they have made payments on the portal digitally.

“Switch 24x7” for live-in/ 24X7 hiring for customers who are seeking value solutions.
Premium Plan is our bestselling plan and we have a loyal customer base for the same. If you opt for Premium Plan,You (Customer) gets a dedicated account Manager who will assist you end to end in your domestic staff hiring process
Below are the terms of the use for the Premium Plan
Company Charges: Our charges for the placement of the maid is (one month salary or Rs 15,000/-)+ 18% GST per candidate which ever is higher If it is part time candidate placement and the salary of the candidate is less than Rs 5000/-, our charges are Rs 5000/-. This is a onetime fees you need to pay us at the beginning of contract. This amount paid to us cannot be adjusted with the candidate’s salary
Interview and On Boarding Process: The interview will be arranged on a video call or telephonically, only selected candidates will be sent for joining. We do not provide trials. If the candidate is hired from another city the commute charges need to be borne by the client.
Replacement Policy: Replacement period of the maid will be 6 months. In case a replacement is not provided by the company then the balance agency fees will be refunded. we give you 3 replacements for the same. In case anymore replacements are needed, than the client can avail the same at a nominal fees for Rs 3500/- +GST during the contract period. There could be a possibility of slight change in terms of work agreement at the time of replacements based on the situation and discussion with the new candidate.
If the invoices are settled and due to any reason the candidate resigns then a free replacement will be provided as mentioned above. Usually the time taken for the replacement is 15 days but it may vary depending on the availability. In case of an unlikely event of Staffurs not able to give you a replacement within 15 days and you want to cancel the contract, a credit note will be issued for the applicable amount paid to us which you can use for any Staffurs services in the future.
The client agrees that the maid will be not be tortured, harmed mentally or physically. Also the client cannot increase the work or reduce the salary of the maid other than what was discussed during the interview. If the maid leaves due to any such reason, Staffurs will not replace the maid and neither refund the placement charges paid by the client
Safety Policy: Document verification and background verification and criminal verification through court data of the candidate is included in the contract. The client would like to add a police verification for extra charges as applicable at that point of time. Also, the candidate cannot be harassed, abused or exploited mentally, physically, commercially or emotionally. If the candidates is leaves because he/she has been harassed than, we have a right to not to send replacements neither refund the placement charges paid by the client
Salary Policy: The candidate salary needs to be paid directly to the candidate or through Staffurs by you every month. At Staffurs we recommend processing salary through us as this ensures higher retention. The customers are free to choose the earlier option too. If the candidate leaves because salary is not paid or not paid on time that Staffurs have a right to not to send replacements. You should not give any advance, in case you choose to give advance and the candidate leaves after that, Staffurs is not responsible for it .
Criminal Policy Staffurs is not responsible for any crime may that be civil or criminal. You are requested to set up a safety protocol for your premises
While every endeavor is made by Staffurs.com to introduce satisfactory candidates to the client, it is the responsibility of the client to satisfy themselves of the suitability of an applicant before hiring them. If required the client may arrange medical examinations of the candidate prior to hiring them. Staffurs.com will assist and help wherever possible to facilitate the process. Staffurs does not take responsibility for the COVID status of the candidate. The client is required to do their own tests for covid or any other medical test that they may wish to undertake and allow the person to enter the house only after the results are negative. In case the candidate is infected or infects other members of the family, Staffurs will not take responsibility of the same
When you hire a maid or any other candidate from Staffurs Solutions Private Limited / www.staffurs.com, it is understood that you have agreed upon the above mentioned terms even if you have not signed this document
